On Friday night, Donald J. Trump hosted a lavish Halloween Party at Mar-a-Lago and named the Great Gatsby themed party “A Little Party Never Killed Nobody.” This, while the government is shutdown — for 31 days at the time of the party — the House of Representatives has not met since mid-September, and 42 million Americans are going without their Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) funds.
